When I first saw a picture of The Nudes by Maybelline, I knew I wanted it. In all honesty, I didn’t need ANOTHER nude eye shadow palette, but who cares? This one is only $9.99 at most drug stores and you can always use coupons or specials that drugstores have to get it even cheaper.
Now, not all the shadows blew my mind. There ARE about 3-4 shadows I LOVE. They all happen to be the shimmery, taupe and bronzy shades. The rest I just like. The pigmentation isn’t the greatest, especially in the matte shades, but if you have a good base, you can work these up to a really great color. They blend nicely as well. Swatches with natural light are below.
