*Lost weight, gained mucho confidence. See below.
10. Becoming healthy is a lifestyle change. One of the BEST things it can do for you and your family is put you into a ROUTINE.
9. SAVE MONEY by eating at home. It costs $3.50 on average to make a normal home-cooked lunch for work vs. the $5-10 you could spend daily on JUNK.
8. Exercise makes your heart healthy, makes you FEEL GOOD, and drastically improves weight loss. Not to mention the years it can add to your life!
7. Seeing RESULTS in one area of your life can lead to results in others…we call this the domino effect!
6. Eating healthy is directly connected with your ATTITUDE and your approach on life. If YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH to care about the food you put in your mouth, you are good enough for that raise, promotion, boyfriend, or recognition.
5. Clear your skin and be all-together healthier with the power of WATER!
4. Wear higher heels! Bigger girls can rock the heals, for sure…but it’s definitely a stress to the ankles. See how high you can go when you lose 10, 20, or especially 50 lbs! Being healthy gives your joints RELIEF!
3. Easier (CHEAPER) shopping! Wouldn’t it be nice to not have to search for the “special sizes” everywhere you go?!
2. Rock that SEXY new bod for all the people to see! Fashion fits better when you feel better.
1. Feeling better overall: outside and especially in. Lower health risks, lower body fat…HIGHER SELF-ESTEEM!
LADIES! Let’s be healthy in this new year. I know you can all do it! Think of the awesome benefits.
All my love, B
That’s really something to think about been trying to get healthy this year but its so hard to let go of all the junk and being addicted to soda doesn’t help . Keep up the good job
Believe me, I get it. The soda addiction has been tough for me to kick. I actually had a cheat day on Friday…got a small Mt Dew and BLECH! So much sugar in it…I thought I would die. 3 sips TOPS and I handed it over to my boyfriend. I just couldn’t deal. It’s surprising how easy it gets with just a few weeks of consistency.
