Let’s face it. Portion control is a huge problem. I find myself knowing I need to eat 1 cup of something and then trying to eat 5 cups!
The whole premise of “calorie counting” for me, really has been CONTROLLING my portion control problems.
This is exactly why I love baking in muffin tins. Mini tins, or regular size…I always find it easier to take one cupcake instead of cut off a reasonable slice of cake.
