I’m getting to the point where I feel like I’m aging. I’m on the road to 30, and not only can I tell because I know NONE of the “cool new lingo” like ‘lit’ or ‘fleek,’ but also because my body is starting to show some signs of aging as well. I’d never actually thought that one day the aging process would begin on me! I guess I thought it to be an urban legend, that somehow I was exempt, but boy was I wrong!
Just as much as I don’t want to admit that I’m aging, I know I have to do something about all the aging I’m doing. My mind, body, and skin all share in this process, so I have taken it upon myself to make a list of steps to take in your 20’s to prepare for your 30’s.
youtheory Turmeric
You can download the list above here, but I do want to talk a bit more about the vitamins and supplements, namely youtheory® Turmeric Extra Strength 120 Capsules! Personally, I think Turmeric has been a game changer, and I’m excited to share where I purchase it, what’s it’s used for, and why I love it.
Where to Purchase youtheory Turmeric
I purchase mine from Costco, and luckily they have recently had an overhaul of the product and packaging. The old formula had 450mg turmeric per 3 tablets, while the new formula 1,000mg turmeric per 2 VEGAN capsules. Three cheers for 3x as much Turmeric per capsule! Just be sure to grab the new packaging, which has the orange logo on top- then you will have the new one!
What to Use Turmeric For
Turmeric supports healthy inflammation response, healthy skin, healthy joints, and provides antioxidant properties. At this point, it’s considered a foundational supplement just like a multivitamin or fish oil that should be taken daily.
Why I Love Turmeric
youtheory Tumeric is all about feeling good and living to the fullest, like we all did when we were younger. I personally use Turmeric to combat arthritis, as an antioxidant, and for healthy skin. I’m certain that I couldn’t happily go on without using this product, so it’s obvious that I highly suggest it.
Have you ever used Turmeric? If so, what was your experience? I’d love to hear what you use it for!
