This video is the first of many I will be doing regarding my weight loss surgery. Watching other peoples’ videos has been an invaluable tool for me leading up to the decision and keeping myself excited and in the know during the long process that is waiting for the actual surgery. I know that I want to give back and provide people with my story and my opinions in hopes that I can help them make a decision one way or the other regarding WLS.

Another huge reason for doing the videos is a pretty selfish one: I want to see my results! Photos can tell a lot, sure…but video and thoughts and feelings shared can be so much more telling. I am excited to diary the process and share it with my future self, and of course with others…or I wouldn’t publish them!
