What I Eat in a Day – Post Op VSG Week 3 Puréed Foods

 

I love how curious people are about the VSG surgery. I especially love how nosy everyone is in regards to what I am eating! I think it’s an interesting thing, so I am happy to share. Watching “What I Eat in a Day” videos is a source of some of my favorite entertainment, after all!

This week I am eating puréed foods with a twist. The twist is that I don’t purée EVERYTHING. But I do make sure to chew well if it’s not quite puréed. Below are some things I’ve been eating and loving!

  • Cubed Steak (Cooked low & slow in Cream of Mushroom)
  • Homemade Chicken Salad with Whisps (Parmesan Chips)
  • Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • Taco Cups (Refried Beans, Taco Meat, Cheese, Plain Greek Yogurt, & Salsa)
  • Scrambled Eggs with Crumbled Sausage
