Happy RACE WEEKEND, Indy Car fans and Indiana residents alike! Memorial Day Weekend has always been one of my favorites since I was a kid. My family would go camping for the long weekend, and you could rest-assured, races would be on our tiny little “travel TVs.” Okay, so maybe we weren’t the most OUTDOORSY, but give us points for trying!

This weekend is supposed to boast mild temperatures, and…rain. Hey, on the bright side, it’s not 100+ degrees. It will be hard to get dehydrated this year!

My pick for the black and white weekend outfit is a truly casual look. (But if you want to kick it up a bit, see my post from my last #500FashionFridays look!) I went for my Indpls. shirt from People for Urban Progress, because it’s black and white perfection. It’s the SOFTEST shirt, and tied up to the side, it’s cropped and perfect for high-waisted bottoms.

To finish off the look, I added my favorite bucket bag from Coach, a statement necklace, and my Superstars (duh.)

I’m not even in Indy this weekend. I’ll just root for Indy from Cleveland this weekend!! If you’re attending the race, stay safe!
