If you remember correctly, I introduced a new to me brand last month called Universal Standard. I was (and still am) completely obsessed with their t-shirts and their plus size minimalistic design. Can we get more minimalism in plus sizes, please?! Lucky for us- we have Universal Standard.

I plan on attending their pop up in Downtown Chicago, so if you’re in the area, I hope you’ll join me in trying on all their awesome pieces and getting a better idea of the brand.

Now on the the juicy outfit details that I know you’re looking for. I love the minimalistic look of Universal Standard, so I like to keep the rest of the outfit easy to go along with the vibe, if you know what I’m saying!

I paired this simple Tesino Washed Jersey Dress in Forest Green with my Adidas Superstars, a minimal gold choker, and a black bomber jacket. I love it dressed down for comfort. It’s perfect for a road trip, some errands, and as you can see, I am rocking sans makeup. I’m a huge fan of the possibilities of this outfit, because you could always throw on some sandals or heels as well. You all know how much I love transitional pieces!
